Prakash Constrowell Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- Considered and appointed Mr. Shriniwas Diddi as Cost Auditor of Company subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3.05 p.m. and concluded at 5.15 p.m.
