Prakash Constrowell Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following Business:<br/><br/>- Approve unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 as required under the Listing Agreement.<br/><br/>In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from November 11, 2014 to November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
