Prakash Constrowell Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Took note of resignation of Mr. Jayant Phalke, Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. February 13, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mrs. Jyoti Rathi, as Independent Woman Director of the Company in place of casual vacancy created due to resignation Mr. Jayant Phalke, Independent Director of the Company subject approval of members in the ensuing general meeting of shareholders.
