Prakash Constrowell Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following Business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016<BR><BR>2. To Consider and appoint Mr. Shriniwas Diddi as Cost Auditor of Company for financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 25, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
