Prakash Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, to consider Audited Financial Results for year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) with immediate effect and it shall remain closed till May 26, 2016, in view of board meeting for the aforesaid purposes.
