Prakash Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Dividend @ 10 % i.e. Re.1 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each subject to approval of members.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Shri Pankaj Chaturvedi, Mrs. Purnima Gupta and Shri Kanha Agarwal as additional Directors of the Company.
