| Prakash Steelage Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 (standalone & consolidated) for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from May 21, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). | |
