Pratibha Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the audited financial results for the financial year 2014-15, recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the code of conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, Directors / Designated employees/Concern persons shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
