Premier Ltd has informed BSE that at the board meeting held on February 06, 2017, the Board has approved the reappointment of Mr. Maitreya Doshi as the Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. March 29, 2017, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 196, 197, 198 & 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Schedule-V of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of the shareholders and other approvals, as may be required.<BR><BR>The information as required under Regulation-30 of Para A of Part A of Schedule-Ill of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is enclosed.
