Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Further, the Company will hold investor/analyst calls on February 14, 2017. During the call, the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 and business outlook. Details of the calls will be published on the Company's website in due course.
