Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2014, inter alia, has appointed Ms. Uzma Irfan as an Additional Director in the Board of the Company to comply with the requirement under section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013. Further the Company informed that Ms. Uzma Irfan currently holds the position of Executive Director-Corporate Communications of the Company.
