Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed from August 03, 2015 to August 13, 2015.
