Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares.<BR><BR>Further, the Companys Code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed from May 22, 2015 to June 02, 2015.
