The Exchange has sought clarification from the company with respect to the announcements submitted by the company dated December 12, 2014 titled "Acquisition of Auto Component manufacturing Company in Brazil, through a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of Pricol Ltd"<BR>The company replied stating, "We would like to clarify that the Brazil company to be acquired by our WOS, Pricol Espana, Spain, is not a related party. As the acquisition is subject to the conditions to be fulfilled by the parties, the acquisition entity (Brazil company) details will be provided in due course."
