Prime Focus Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, considered and approved following:<BR><BR>- Code Of Internal Procedures And Conduct For Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting Of Trading by Insiders of the Company which includes the Code of Conduct required to be formulated as per Regulation 8 (Code of Fair Disclosure) and Regulation 9 (Code of Conduct) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
