Prime Focus Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2015, have approved the allotment of 2,891 unlisted, unrated, redeemable Debentures not convertible into Equity Shares of the Company, of face value Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 28,91,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Eight Crores Ninety One Lacs), to certain pre-identified persons on a private placement basis.
