Prime Focus Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016<BR><BR>2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from the close of business hours of May 21, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available for approval of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016.
