| Prime Focus Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2016 to consider, approve and take on record inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from the close of business hours of February 03, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available for the purpose of approval of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended December 31, 2015. | |
