| Prime Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 17, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve:<BR><BR>1. The audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016; and<BR><BR>2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders as adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has closed the Trading Window, for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by the designated persons, for the period from March 27, 2016 to May 19, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
