Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to approve the Companys Audited accounts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed for the period April 30, 2015 to May 14, 2015 (both days inclusive). Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
