Pursuant to the terms and conditions of Information Memorandum dated June 14, 2011 and Debenture Trustee Agreement dated June 23, 2011, Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that out of the privately placed issue of 750, 11.20% Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debenture (NCDs) - Series - II of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 75 Crores, the Company has repurchased 450 NCDs aggregating to Rs. 45 Crores offered by the debentureholders.
