Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Companys Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 25, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The Trading Window shall open from May 28, 2016.
