Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2015, has <BR>appointed Mr. Vivek Krishan Agnihotri as a Director in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Director. The Board has also appointed Mr. Agnihotri as Executive Director (Cement) of the Company with effect from August 17, 2015.
