Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved :<BR><BR>(a) Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in securities of the Company to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders; and<BR><BR>(b) Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.<BR><BR>The above Code shall come into force with effect from May 15, 2015.
