Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has wound up its wholly-owned foreign subsidiary - Lifestyle Investments Pvt Limited (LIPL). Prism Cement Limited has received an amount of GBP 0.64 million as dividend on the equity shares held in LIPL, in addition to its investment of GBP 0.01 million in LIPL.
