Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2016, on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has decided as under:<BR><BR>1. Re-appointed Mr. Vijay Aggarwal as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years with effect from March 03, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mr. Joydeep Mukherjee as Executive Director & CEO - HRJ for a period of three years with effect from March 03, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, Mr. Ganesh Kaskar will retire as Executive Director & CEO - HRJ on the expiry of his term with effect from the close of business hours on March 02, 2016. Mr. Kaskar has also submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the said date.
