| Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 30.25/- per Equity Share (Nominal Value of Rs. 10/- each), for the financial year ended June 30, 2015. The dividend shall be paid, between October 29, 2015 to November 12, 2015, on approval of the Members at the 51st Annual General Meeting. | |
