Prozone Capital Shopping Centres Ltd has informed BSE that the office of Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has approved the change of name of the Company from Prozone Capital shopping Centres Limited to Prozone Intu Properties Limited with effect from July 24, 2014 and has issued a fresh certificate of incorporation to the Company.
