PTC India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to<BR><BR>1. approve and take on record the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015 and<BR><BR>2. recommend dividend for the FY 2014-15, if any.<BR><BR>As per the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and code of corporate disclosure practices adopted by the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 1992, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed till May 30, 2015.
