With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 28, 2015 regarding Closure of Trading Window, PTL Enterprises Ltd has now informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from April 28, 2015 to May 13, 2015. The trading window will open on May 14, 2015.
