In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 31.10.2017 have inter alia, considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 as recommended by Audit Committee.<BR> <BR> The Board also authorised its 'Committee of Director for Investment/Loans' for Borrowing up to Rs. 500 Crores.<BR> <BR> Further Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of duly signed un-audited financial results, along with the Limited Review report thereon is enclosed.<BR> <BR> The Board Meeting commenced at12.30 p.m. and concluded at 1:15 p.m. <BR>
