Pudumjee Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017 and recommendation of Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the directors / officers / designated persons of the Company would remain closed from May 16, 2017 to May 25, 2017 (both days inclusive) in compliance with provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
