| With reference to the earlier letter dated October 10, 2014 regarding Proposed Disinvestment by the Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited of its 44.26% Equity Stake in Punjab Alkalies and Chemicals Limited, Punjab Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have been informed by IFCI Limited, Global Advisor for the Proposed Disinvestment by the Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited of its 44.26% Equity Stake in Punjab Alkalies and Chemicals Limited that the following four Qualified Bidders have reported on the dates indicated against their respective names, for carrying out due diligence from October 28, 2014 to October 31, 2014 in connection with the said proposed disinvestment: <br/><br/>Name : M/s.
