Punjab & Sind Bank has informed BSE that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. the Board of Directors of the Bank has approved (i) Punjab & Sind Bank Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures; and (ii) Punjab & Sind Bank Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders.
