Punjab & Sind Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 23, 2015 to June 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 29, 2015.<BR><BR>The Bank has fixed June 22, 2015 as cut-off Date for ascertaining the shareholders who will be entitled to receive dividend, participate in e-voting/ polling on the agenda items and to attend the Fifth Annual General Meeting.
