| Punjab Chemicals and Crop Protection Ltd has informed BSE that next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months period ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's scripts by the Directors, Designated Employees and other concerned persons of the Company will remain closed from November 07, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. | |
