With reference to earlier letter dated May 13, 2015, regarding Closure of Trading Window, Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has now informed BSE that in view of new Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the period of closure of trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Directors, Designated Employees and other concerned persons and their dependent family members of the Company changed to May 19, 2015 to May 30, 2015.
