Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India letter dated March 11, 2014, Shri Rakesh Sethi, Executive Director has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director, Allahabad Bank. Sh. Sethi has demitted the office of Executive Director on March 11, 2014.
