Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 24, 2015 to June 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further May 22, 2015 has been fixed as Cut off date for the purpose of election of one Shareholder Director of the Bank, other than the Govt. of India.
