Puravankara Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Consolidated and Standalone Audited Financial Statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the Quarter and Six Months ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and specified Employees, from October 29, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).
