PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/> <br/>Further, in terms of Regulation 3.2.1 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed with effect from November 03, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (Both days inclusive). As a result, during the aforesaid period, trading in securities of the Company by the Directors/ designated employees of the Company including their relatives is prohibited.
