PVR Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Allotment of 92,750 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 190/- each share against the same number of Options exercised by the employees of the Company pursuant to PVR ESOS 2012.
