| Quadrant Televentures Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 09, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for Insider's covered under the Code, from August 02, 2014 to August 10, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. | |
