Quadrant Televentures Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992. the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code, from May 23, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of declaration of Audited result for the year ended March 31, 2015.
