With reference to the earlier Announcement dated January 23, 2016, regarding Financial Results for Dec 31, 2015, R.S. Software (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the mistake was in the first page of the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the period ending December 31, 2015 under column Particulars at point no. 14 i.e. Share of Profit / (Loss) of Associates the amount should be read as in INR Lacs 29' instead of 2009 mistakably typed.<BR><BR>Now the Company has submitted Revised Financial Results for Dec 31, 2015.
