With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 24, 2014 regarding Record Date for Interim Dividend, R.S. Software (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that:<br/><br/>1. The Company is withdrawing the 'Record Date as fixed earlier on July 31, 2014, for the payment of Interim Dividend.<br/><br/>2. In respect of the payment of Interim Divined within 30 days from the date of declaration, August 07, 2014 has been fixed as the Record Date instead of July 31, 2014.
