R Systems International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company Law Board has approved Company's application under the proviso to Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 to continue with the calendar year as its financial year starting from 01st day of January and closing on 31st day of December every year. So, accordingly the Company will follow January to December as its financial year.
