R Systems International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Payment of Third Interim Dividend for the year 2015 at the rate of Re. 0.25 (Twenty Five Paise) per equity share of Re. 1/- each. Third Interim Dividend will be paid on November 20, 2015.
