With reference to earlier announcement dated December 11, 2014 regarding Board Meeting on December 20, 2014 to consider Buy-back of equity shares, R Systems International Ltd has now informed BSE that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled on December 20, 2014 in addition to the other business items, shall also consider the declaration of fourth interim dividend, if any, for the year 2014.
