| With reference to the letter dated June 30, 2014 and July 15, 2014 regarding trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with R Systems International Limited Code of Internal procedures and conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" until 24 hours from the date of declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2014. <br/><br/>In this regard, R Systems International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has published the financial results for the said Quarter and Half Year ended June 30, 2014 and has also made disclosure for other business approved by the Board of Directors and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with R Systems International Limited Code of Internal procedures and conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" is now open w.e.f. July 28, 2014. | |
